We’re getting married!!!!!

We first met in nursing school on one of the first days freshman year! I (Bella) remember meeting Ben and thinking he was so tall and SO kind... he thought I was pretty and nice (his own words). We were very good friends for a long time and after a year and a half of being "just friends", he decided he wanted to go on a date. The rest is history!

Being juniors in Liberty's nursing program, neither of us had very much time for dates not to mention a day to get engaged. Ben planned the whole thing the day before the event!! We went out to brunch at "Benjamin's" in Lynchburg and then we studied and hung out at his uncle's house before we "went on a drive" (*hint hint*)! On our drive, we pulled up to this beautiful estate with an eternity pool in the back yard with the mountains in the background... perfect place to pop the question! It was 38 degrees and he asked me to take my coat and gloves off (I thought he was crazy) and his heart was racing when I hugged him. Then he told me he loved me and knelt down on one knee and said, "Bella, will you marry me??" And being me, I playfully smacked his shoulder and exclaimed, "Well DUH!!!"
