When and where are the wedding ceremony and reception?

We are excited to celebrate our wedding with you at Sugar Hollow Retreat in Butler, TN, located at 5793 US-321, Butler, TN 37640. The main ceremony and reception will take place on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025. Ceremony: 4:30 PM Reception: 6:30 PM (All times are Eastern Time.) For guests staying on-site with us at Sugar Hollow, we look forward to welcoming you from Monday, October 27th, for an extended celebration, with departures on Wednesday, October 29th.

Will there be lodging on-site?

Answer

Yes! We're so excited for you to experience the magic of Sugar Hollow Retreat by staying right on-site with us! The retreat offers you and our guests an entire mountainside to enjoy, with a variety of charming accommodations. These homes allow for a comfortable and immersive stay, keeping you close to all the wedding festivities while surrounded by 300 acres of serene nature, hiking trails, and wildlife. Lodging information and link will be sent with our wedding invitation.

Please book your on-site lodging by August 31st, 2025. Information and QR code has been sent with wedding invitation.

Which airport is closest to Sugar Hollow?

Answer

Tri-Cities Airport (TRI) is approximately 1.5 hours away, and Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is about 2.5 hours away. Both offer rental car services.

Will the ceremony and/or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
