Let's Celebrate!

A lovely spot to go for a lake swim or to do a nice hike to Heart Lake for amazing views of Mt Shasta and the Trinity mountain range.

Castle Lake

For avid hikers, this is a great spot for getting an uphill workout.  The rock formations are incredible!

Castle Crags State Park

If you're missing the coast, this spacious lake is a great place to do your favorite beach activities.  There are spots to sunbathe, swim, and rent pontoon boats.  This lake has great views of Mt Shasta and is an awesome spot for a trail run.

Lake Siskiyou

This is one of the most sacred areas on Mt Shasta.  The ecosystem is very delicate, so be sure to tread likely if you feel called to walking this wet meadow.

Panther Meadows Trailhead

Quaint spot for shopping, good food, craft beer tasting, and checking out plays at the Shakespeare festival!  Just a 45-minute drive away.

Ashland

The paths to these 3 waterfalls are really walkable and the views are spectacular.  It's a nice place to cool off in the summer heat.
