Question

I see an "RSVP" page on this website, but when I enter my invitation's name I still am not able to respond to anything. What's up?

Answer

We are using the RSVP area of this website for exclusive events for bridal party members and specific individuals for prep and after-event activities. All guests otherwise have a mail-able RSVP card attached to their invitation that should be used.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you RSVP by June 21st. (Otherwise, please bring a chair and a sandwich.) :) :) Your RSVP card is attached to your invitation; simply tear it off, fill in all names of who is responding and if they are accepting or declining, and drop it in the mail. If you need to cancel your RSVP, please just do your best to let us know as far in advance as possible. We understand that things happen and that may not be possible. But if something does happen and you aren't able to let us know before the festivities, please let us know afterwards so that we know everyone and everything is ok.

Question

Can I bring anyone not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Due to limited space and other reasons, we regret that we needed to limit our guest list and have specifically identified on each invitation how many seats we have reserved for you and your family. We love your families and children, but hope you understand. However, if we have by accident left out your significant other, or you have a situation where leaving children with a sitter or at home is of substantial hardship, please contact us to see if we can make an exception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is an important occasion for us and we kindly request that you dress respectfully for the occasion. Please, no shorts, t-shirts, or flip-flops at the ceremony.

Question

If I am coming from out of town, is there a designated hotel reserved for guests?

Answer

We have not formally reserved any hotel rooms for this event, however, if you need assistance with recommendations/reservations at a hotel please let us know. You can write a note on your RSVP card and we will contact you, or see below for other means of contacting us.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both locations have ample private parking.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have provided through this website a fairly short list of some items that we could certainly use, but we are not registered anywhere else. Please note, the registry list on this site is intended to be just an idea for gifts as far as qty, size, type, color, etc., but by no means do we expect anyone to pay ridiculous prices for anything you find on the specific list.

Question

What time should we arrive at the ceremony? At the Reception?

Answer

Guest arrival at the church begins at 1:30, please be sure to be seated at least 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. For the Reception, the doors will open for guests at 4:30. Keep in mind, there is a 20 minute drive between the two locations. The Reception location also has an outdoor playground and picnic shelter that can be used if you arrive early.

Question

If I absolutely need to contact you for more information, how can I do that?

Answer

You can reach the Bride at 262-384-1425 or the Groom at 262-689-9436. (But please, not on the day of the ceremony!)
