We're Getting Married!

Travis Lindemoen had always dreamed of proposing to Bekka Watt in a memorable and special way. When the off-season for his hardscaping business rolled around, he saw the perfect opportunity to take Bekka on their first vacation together, just the two of them. To keep the surprise intact, Travis subtly suggested that Bekka plan the trip. When she hesitated, he quickly took the reins and, just three weeks before their departure, revealed their destination: Hawaii. They arrived in Hawaii and spent their first day soaking up the sun on the beach, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and planning their adventures for the week. Travis, however, had more pressing matters on his mind. He wanted to propose early in the trip to avoid the anxiety of carrying the ring around and potentially spoiling the surprise. After a leisurely breakfast, they returned to the beach, and later, Travis took Bekka shopping. She found a beautiful white dress that she decided to wear for their Valentine's dinner that evening. Throughout the day, Travis scouted for the perfect proposal spot. Despite visiting several picturesque locations, each was too crowded for his liking. He wanted the moment to be intimate and personal, free from prying eyes. After a romantic dinner, they strolled through a magical park adorned with lanterns and lights. Yet, even there, Travis couldn’t find the right moment. Back at the hotel, he suggested a walk on the beach, but it was still bustling with people, and Bekka was getting cold. As they returned to their room, Travis felt the weight of the ring in his pocket. His nerves were at an all-time high, and he couldn’t wait any longer. He led Bekka out to the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the ocean. With the sound of waves crashing in the background, Travis’s mind went blank. Overcome with emotion, all he could manage to say was that he loved her and wanted to spend the rest of his days with her. He was shaking, and it took him about ten minutes to fully express everything he had planned to say. Bekka’s reaction was filled with joy and love, and she eagerly accepted his proposal. The rest of their vacation was spent as fiancés, basking in their love and the beautiful Hawaiian scenery.
