The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm so probably should arrive earlier to the venue!

For dinner we will be having tableside entree selection with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will be offering Self Park Valet: 1 valet attendant manages the traffic in front of the venue, directing guests to nearby specified parking locations, providing prepaid vouchers for the parking lot that is reserved for only for Down Town Club guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a trolley service from Loews Philadelphia Hotel that will also shuttle guests from Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City to the venue. The same trolley will take guests home at the end of the night after the reception.
