Our Story
Bek went out for a run in her neighborhood on a hot day in September, when a guy and his golden retriever walked by. The dog came over to greet Bekah, and to her excitement, his owner did, too. It didn’t take long before Pres invited Bekah to church and they realized they were neighbors.
It was love at first sight for Bek, but it wasn’t quite that for Presley. The next 8 weeks were full of flirting, confusion, and to Bek’s dismay, friendship. Until one night at the church’s small group.
Pres says it like this “God told me not to talk, but to listen to Bek sharing with the group about her bible. And I looked up at her and knew that I completely loved her.”
We’ve been inseparable since that October evening. We know that an engagement in less than 6 months is unique, but so is God’s calling on our lives. We are so grateful to our friends and family who have welcomed both of us in with open arms. It means everything.
We cannot wait to be surrounded by you all on our big day!
