Matt Langlais

Best Man

Matt and Noah met in college over the controllers of an N64 video game system back in the fall of 2011. Noah quickly became fast friends with Matthew 'Super' Langlais, and they both relished in stealing Super Smash Bros star's away from Adam Howard. (He's also at the Wedding so please ask him about this!) Matt - though he was stalwart - eventually succumbed to Noah's ridiculous quirky nature and agreed to room with him and a few others throughout college. Building bonds that have lasted many years and through many adventures. Matt and Noah find themselves camping often during the summer; his peace and reflection on life is a sound trait I would like to work on. He's constantly fair, humble, open-minded, witty, impulsively funny, and honest. I count Matt as one of the truest friends who I can fully open up to - and I hope to emulate that connection with others in the future.

When Haley was born Bekah was 8 so she's had the opportunity to see her grow from baby sister to flourishing adult. And Haley is the only sibling Bekah successfully convinced to move to Minnesota!

Alex Fausti

Alex and Noah met earlier in their military careers - "technically", Alex might have been Noah's first peer mentor... But he'll never admit it in person. They've known each other since 2016 and bond over a multitude of subjects. He's an incredibly deliberate, emotionally connected, and giving friend. I hope I can one day be as sincere a listener and good friend as Alex.

Cassie Nassif

Cassie and Bekah met as freshman college roommates in 2011. Fun fact: Cassie originally rescued Bekah's cats Arya and Marion!

David Schabelski

David and Noah also met in the military during their early careers at the Anoka Armory back in early 2019 - though Noah is definitely (maybe) the mentor in this relationship! David's an energetic, permanently sarcastic, persistently loyal and intelligent friend. Just don't ask for Fantasy Football advice... His wisdom and natural fairness and patience are amazing qualities I hope I can mimic in my relationships to come.

Laura and Bekah met in AmeriCorps in 2015. Laura came over for a "wine night" and now we've traveled to 4 countries together with more adventures to come!

Sofia White

Sofia and Noah fought like demons growing up - so naturally, they're quite alike in 'adulthood'. Sofia's drive and deterministic fortitude has landed her amazing experiences throughout life, and she's always shining brightest when others dim from a challenge. She currently resides in Poland, but strives to remain connected with her loved ones and family. She's an amazing sister and I'm in awe of her ability to juggle mountains of stressors while focusing on positives, and to constantly perform at the highest level.

Sami and Bekah met in AmeriCorps in 2015. Sami and Bekah were paired up at the same site and ended up sharing a cubicle so we had to get pretty close!

Ramona's the youngest of the three White family children, and boy does she bring the chaotic energy and wild adventure! Brimming with passion and a genuine love of learning new things; her and Noah bond over countless random facts and momentary flings. She's an incredible sister who I deeply admire her bravery and unwavering moral compass.
