Seating will begin at 4:00PM and our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow!
We would love for our family and friends to dress up for our special day and kindly ask that you wear semi-formal or formal attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, while the reception will be under a tent. If you choose to wear heels, block or platforms are recommended in case the grounds are soft/wet. Please avoid shades of white and olive green.
Please RSVP by August 24, 2025. We want to ensure everyone is accounted for! It is important to meet this deadline as we need to provide a total guest count to our venue and vendors. Thank you in advance for your timely response!
We ask that you use this evening as a date night! Although we love your little ones, this is primarily an all adults event.
If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be indicated when you search your name in the RSVP section of our wedding website.
1. Shuttle - bus transportation will be provided from the hotel locations to the venue and back. The shuttle will pick up guests at the following locations/times: Hampton Inn Bus A: 3:25pm-3:35pm Fairfield Inn: Bus B 3:30pm-3:40pm and Bus A 3:40-3:45pm 2. Drive - parking is available for those who wish to drive. If you choose to consume alcohol, we ask you take the shuttle back to the hotels or call an Uber to your destination. Cars can be left at the venue overnight and picked back up in the morning. 3. Uber - rideshare services are available in the area, but may be limited around the venue with lengthy wait times. Please plan accordingly.
