What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in formal attire. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, and ladies wear calf-length or longer dresses.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors overlooking the lake, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors. We suggest that ladies bring a light shawl accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We request all guests arrive at 4:30pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm local time.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you refrain from using your phones and cameras during the ceremony as we have professional photographers and videographers to capture the event.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car is not necessary, as the Reno Tahoe Airport (RNO) offers a shuttle service to Stateline, NV (see Travel section for details), and most of the recommended hotels are walking distance to the wedding venue. However, if you would like to explore the Lake Tahoe area or stay outside of Stateline, we recommend renting a car.

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

The venue is within walking distance to many of our lodging recommendations. Valet parking is provided at no charge to wedding guests for those wishing to drive. Ride sharing and taxi services are available at both hotel and venue locations. If you plan to stay in an Airbnb/VRBO, timely ride sharing services can be more difficult depending on where you stay.

As much as we would like to welcome everyone, our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with your little ones another day.
