How do I make a resort reservation?

Answer

Please go to Travel section or read below: Individual reservations will be made by guests calling directly to the resort. Please identify yourself as attending the Onar & Palting Wedding to ensure you receive the preferred guestroom rate. Please retain you confirmation number (which will be provided by the reservation agent) and use this number when referring to the booking. Reservations can be made directly by calling the resort at (705) 789-2301, by fax at (705) 789-6586, via email at reservations@hiddenvalleyresort.ca, or online using the following link: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/ZN84T0 *Please note that online rates shown are inclusive of the resort fee* All reservations must be secured by a major credit card. A deposit, equivalent to one night’s stay, is required at the time of the booking. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less, before arrival date or the duration of the stay shortened, the deposit will be forfeited.

Are pets allowed?

Answer

Pets are permitted in specific guest rooms only, which are located on the lower level of the resort, and are not lakeside rooms. Pets are NOT permitted at the reception, or in any areas where food is served, nor are they allowed on the beach or in the water.
