Yes, buses will pick up guests from both hotel locations at 3pm for the wedding on Saturday. After the reception, one bus will bring guests back to the hotels, and one bus will bring guests to the After Party. Buses will run throughout the night from the After Party to the hotels. The last bus will depart the After Party at 1am.
Yes, this is an outdoor venue. We recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable to walk in on grass. The reception will take place under a tent with heaters. Please bring a jacket or sweater in case it gets cold. If it rains, the ceremony will also take place under a tent.
Albany or Bradley International Airports are the closest options to the wedding festivities in the Berkshires. Albany, NY is about a 45min drive, while Bradley is about 1.5 hours. There are very limited options for public transportation, taxis, or Ubers once you arrive, so we recommend renting a car if possible.
Yes, we recommend that families and friend groups arriving at similar times rent a car. There are almost zero Ubers, Lyfts, or cabs in the Berkshires so you will need one to travel around.
