What is a black tie wedding and what do you wear?

Answer

Our goal is for everyone to look sharp and feel comfortable while celebrating together. Think elegant and formal- perfect for a special night. We encourage guests to dress in formal black tie attire to celebrate with us. For men, traditional black tie attire includes a tuxedo with a black bow tie, white formal dress shirt, and black dress shoes. If you do not have a tuxedo, a well fitted black suit with a white dress shirt and black tie is also perfectly acceptable. For women, a floor length gown standard dressing details are welcome (beating, elegant, cut outs off the shoulder) heels or formal dressy sandals.

Yes! We have secured room blocks at two nearby hotels to make booking easy convenient for our guest.
