We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Festus from June 27th – 29th, 2025 for your convenience. A shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation! To book your room, please call 636-937-7100 and reference the Beene/Bodenhamer Wedding Rooms will be held until June 6th, so be sure to book before then!

🚐 Tentative Shuttle Schedule – Pre-Ceremony Arrival 4:45 PM – Shuttle arrives at Holiday Inn 5:00 PM – Shuttle departs Holiday Inn 5:15 PM – Shuttle arrives at Villa Antonio 5:17 PM – Shuttle departs Villa Antonio 5:32 PM – Shuttle arrives back at Holiday Inn 5:35 PM – Shuttle departs Holiday Inn (final pre-ceremony pickup) 5:50 PM – Shuttle arrives at Villa Antonio 🕔 Ceremony begins shortly after final arrival at Villa Antonio 🚐 Return Shuttle Service – Post Reception Shuttle service back to the hotel will resume at 9:00 PM. Pickups from Villa Antonio will occur approximately every 40 minutes. Final pickup from Villa Antonio is at 11:00 PM sharp *********************************************************************************** Please note that the venue does not allow vehicles to be left overnight, so we kindly ask you to plan your transportation accordingly. Ubers can be difficult to find in the area, so if you plan to use a rideshare service, we recommend scheduling your pickup in advance to ensure a smooth departure.
