Question

Can we bring a plus one?

Answer

Names placed within the RSVP are the only guests permitted to join our ceremony and reception as we have a strict headcount. This is also important due to the room assignments as rooms can only accommodate maximum 3 guests. If you decide to bring more children aside from the kids with ceremony roles, you may contact the hotel if there are extra rooms outside of our booking as we have exclusively booked the entire hotel on the night of the wedding. This hotel is on a property with multiple hotels, so if our hotel is full you may inquire about neighboring hotels that are travelled to and from by golf cart.

Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

From your location, you'll plan a flight to Bangkok (either Nov 26, 2026 or arriving before 2:30pm on Nov 27, 2026) and ride a van from the airport for 2.5 hours to our venue. Details for flights and van transportation are in our "travel" tab here on the site.

Do we have to attend the welcome dinner on the 27th?

Answer

Ideally, yes as it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to arrive in time if you travel on the 28th. You have an option to miss the welcome dinner for cases of arrival late at night on the 27th, but it would be a smoother trip for you if you joined us on the 27th.

How will we facilitate accommodations?

Answer

The couple will be sponsoring one free night on the night of the wedding itself (28th) for all guests on our guest list. Each room at our hotel can fit a maximum of 3 guests. For those who arrive on the 26th or 27th, the hotel has generously given our whole party a discounted rate, and we will be attaching a reservation link for bookings once available. There are also many affordable hotels within the vicinity a car ride away if you'd like to consider that for the nights before the wedding.

What can we do at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a golf course with rentable clubs, a 5km bike trail with rentable bikes, a badminton court, a tennis court, and pools. Near our area you can check the "Things To Do" tab for fun things to do around the area of Khao Yai.

What will we do if we have gifts for the couple?

Answer

Monetary gifts may be brought to the wedding. If you're from the Philippines, we can figure out a way to get your bigger physical gifts to the couple if needed. Save luggage space! Maybe you'll go shopping in BKK :)

Does the couple want any gifts in particular?

Answer

There is no pressure to give gifts, but if you choose to, we'd love white towels with green embroidery, and kitchenware for our new place! Our first home will be in the same color palette as this wedding -- so you can think of cute accessories to the home that fit the same theme.

Can males wear barongs?

Answer

As it may clash with the venue, ideally no. It will also be a bit cold on our wedding date so we'd recommend a suit.
