What about COVID-19?

Answer

We are taking the pandemic very seriously and realize that things likely will not be back to normal by our wedding day, though we are very excited that many of our loved ones will have been vaccinated and cases are continuously decreasing. We have kept the guest list smaller than we would have otherwise in order to allow for social distancing. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception area also has outdoor space. Please bring a mask and expect to have your temperature taken by venue staff upon arrival. We encourage all guests to monitor for symptoms leading up to the gathering and also encourage guests to be tested ahead of time if at all possible. If you are feeling unwell on the big day, we will completely understand your need to stay home. We will be following any continued or new mandates that may be in place, so feel free to check back here or with one of us if you have any questions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will ideally be outdoors and May weather in Michigan can be very unpredictable!
