We’re Getting Married!

We first met at Publix, where we both worked. Not a typical conversation starter but he asked, “Have you ever seen Game of Thrones?” I never thought that a simple, dorky question would be just the beginning of our love story. Months went by and our friendship bloomed into a romance. I then asked myself, “What would I ever do without this man in my life?”

The day of Kyle popping the question, I was very oblivious to his plan. It all started when he brought me coffee in bed (he had never done that before). The afternoon began and we went to the mall. After being there for a couple hours, Kyle wanted to take me back to relive our first date at Red Lobster. Kyle was very anxious to finish the meal and head towards the Smoky Mountains. Not thinking much of it, he pulls over on the side of the mountain to overlook the mountains. When I turned around, he was on one knee. I immediately started crying and said “YES!!”
