When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by July 31, 2024.
Question
What if I dont RSVP in time?
Answer
If you don't RSVP by July 31, 2024, you will be marked as 'Not Attending'. We would love to celebrate with you! However, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. Unfortunately, if you do not reply by July 31, there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you at our reception. Thanks for your understanding.

What should I do if I cannot attend?
Answer
We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate so in your RSVP. If you have already RSVP'd 'Attending', but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Allison or Justin as soon as possible.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
The best gift is sharing our special day with you! Should you wish to contribute in some other way, we have provided a registry here on our website. Of note: Allison and Justin will both be keeping their last names. So while we love the letter ‘F’, please do not gift personalized items.

How should I address the couple for cards, etc?
Answer
Justin and Allison will both be keeping their last names. We can be addressed as Mr. Justin Farrer and Dr. or Mrs. Allison Gabouer.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can not allow for all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation or in the RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kids! However, we want our wedding to be a night off for you. Our wedding will be adults only, so please book your favorite sitter.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?
Answer
Both events will be held at The Barn & Vineyard. The ceremony will be held outdoors at the vineyard and the reception will be indoors on the same property. During the reception, guests will have access to the outdoor seating and firepit, as well.

What time should I arrive at The Barn and Vineyard?
Answer
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive and be seated no later than 4:15 PM. Refreshments will be offered at the ceremony space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be guest parking at The Barn and Vineyard. If you leave your car overnight, it must be picked up the next morning.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are looking forward to our family and friends dressing up with us! We ask that our guests follow the standard, semi-formal wedding attire. Inspiration here: bit.ly/3PDN4j0 Some suggestions: Women - knee- or midi-length dress with pattern or colors. Please no white, cream, or beige colored outfits. Men - matching suit jacket or blazer with dress pants, color welcomed. Please no jeans or shorts.

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you.

Is there an afterparty? Where?
Answer
Yes! We invite all of our family and friends to join us after the reception at Bullpen Luxury Bar and Grill in Schererville. The bus from the venue will drop guests off here. See the 'Travel' tab for more information. Their address is: 1013 W Lincoln Highway, Schererville IN 46375
