Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kalamazoo West

There is a block of 20 rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites for the night of July 23, 2021. There are 10 standard double queen rooms and 10 standard king rooms available. It is first come first serve! Each guest must make their own reservation by calling Holiday Inn Express or by using their website. When making a reservation, be sure to use the name of our block which is Mast-Beebe Wedding and our group block code which is MWB. This will allow you to get a great rate on your room! Guests have until July 2 at 5:00pm to make reservations!

PARTY BUS from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites to the Ceremony

July 23, 2021 4:15 pm - 12:00 am

A PARTY BUS will be bringing people from the hotel to the ceremony and then will be bringing people back to the hotel after the reception! The party bus will arrive at the hotel at 4:10 pm and will depart at 4:15 pm. It takes approximately 20-25 minutes to get to the wedding venue from the hotel. The bus will start runs back to the hotel from the wedding at 10:00 pm with the last pick up from the wedding to go to the hotel at midnight. There will be a sign on the hotel front desk and a sign on the bus so that you get on the correct party bus! :) The bus can hold 30 people, so please use it!

We want our guests to be safe! Uber has been notified to have drivers in the area for the day of the wedding. Just download the app on your phone, put your current location in, put where you want to go and a driver will take you there! It is so easy!
