The meal options are: Lobster Thermidor - Sauteed lobster tail with cremini mushroom sherry sauce topped with parmesan cheese and served with shoestring potatoes and caramelized corn with mint. Tupper Beef Wellington - Seasoned and grilled beef tenderloin atop mushroom duxelle, puff pastry triangle, and an herb red wine reduction served with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Butternut Squash Ravioli - Amaretto cream sauce, spinach, and toasted almonds. Adjustments can be made for dietary restrictions.
