We actually originally met on Tinder. Of all the weird things we’ve found online, we both agree that we’re by far each other’s favorite. We were both very eager to meet after messaging for a week or so. He asked me out on date, so we met for brunch at a small local resturant, “le peep” and have been inseparable ever since. We love going back every now and then as a trip down memory lane to where it all began, and we always try to sit at the same booth that we did on the day we met.
After knowing each other for almost a year, we quickly realized that we wanted to become one. We shared endless conversations of what our future together would look like, and even went to look at rings together. We randomly planned a vacation to Arizona while David secretly found a local photographer and set up a photoshoot to capture our sweet moment together. The thought, detail, and time he put into planning our engagement was truly beautiful. We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The most ironic part of it all is that the day he proposed was exactly a month before the date we met, which he didn’t purposely plan. Although David doesn’t like to admit it, the synchronicity of it all brought us both to tears. This is why we decided that May 15th has to be our wedding date, and Arizona has to be where it all takes place.
