Please RSVP here on Zola by May 16th. Our final numbers are due where unfortunately any RSVP reserved after that date will be counted as an "unable to attend". If there are any issues using the online RSVP tool, please reach out to Noah or Emily.
We have blocks available at the J. W. Marriott and Courtyard Marriott located next to one another Downtown GR. There are plenty of other accommodations located downtown as well if wanting other options or if the blocks get booked up. The link is available under the Travel/Accommodations Tab where you can select either hotel. Bookings for our blocks will close on May 28th.
We would love our guests to wear Summer Cocktail. We don't expect any tuxedos or floor length gowns since this is a June wedding, but we hope this is an excuse for guests to dress up and get some good pics. Men can feel free to wear a sports coat and dress pants. Women could wear bright/fun midi dresses (just no white please). Although we love all of the little ones, we will not be having kids at the wedding. We hope it's a great excuse to have the night off, and then you don't have to worry about telling the kids that they can't go into the zoo during the party!
We will state explicitly on your invite if a plus 1 is permitted. Due to the venue space and us wanting to spend our night with people we know and love, not all guests will be able to bring a date unfortunately.
Transportation will be provided from the J. W. Marriott/ Courtyard Marriott downtown to the venue, which we encourage all guests to take advantage of as cars cannot be left overnight. If wanting to use the transportation but staying elsewhere, feel free to be at one of those hotels to take advantage of it. If not, there is a surplus of Ubers in GR.
There is parking at the zoo where guests will be directed to take the funicular or shuttle directly up to the venue.
We will be having a smaller ceremony where not all guests will be able to attend which will start promptly at 5pm. Unfortunately our venue has limited space for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will begin at 6pm with reception starting at 7pm. Your personal invitation will notify you directly if you are invited to the wedding or the reception. We wish we could have everyone present, but we can't wait to celebrate with everyone over drinks, dinner, and dancing!
