What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4 pm. You are welcome to arrive as early as 3:30 pm, but are encouraged to arrive by 3:45 pm. Cocktails begin at 4:30 pm and take place on the outdoor patio of The Miller Room. The reception begins at 5:45 pm inside of The Miller Room.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The Miller Room - 910 E Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202 If ubering, you may be dropped off on Wisconsin Ave or Michigan Street. There will be fewer stairs/ramps if coming from Wisconsin Ave. You may enter the Museum Center Park parking garage on either Michigan Street or Prospect Avenue.

50/50 Raffle

Answer

You may purchase raffle tickets for $2 each from any of our raffle hosts wearing a white sash (see “Wedding Party” tab for pictures). No limit on number of tickets purchased. Ticket sales will begin at the start of Cocktails. A WINNER will be chosen at 9:30 pm and will take home 50% of the pot! The other 50% will go to the Bride & Groom for their honeymoon!

Is there parking?

Answer

Street parking should be free - approximately 50 spots nearby Paid Parking Garage on the corner of Wisconsin Ave and Prospect Ave - Museum Center Park Parking Garage. You may also enter the parking garage on Michigan Street.

Is there a hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn Express! (Unfortunately we could not obtain a room block with Marriott. The room block with the Westin (Marriott) downtown was $700-$800/night due to a conference for Northwestern Mutual and US Bank that weekend.) - 1 king bed: $139/night - 2 queen bed standard: $154/night - 2 queen bed suite: $164/night Find Holiday Inn Express rooms at this link: (It does not look like a specific link to a room block, but once you click on your dates (any period between 9/11-9/14 and your room selection, it should show “Group Rate, Travel Agent” and “Bednarczyk Miller” on the next page). Is there a shuttle?

There is no shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express. It is down the street from The Miller Room and walking, parking, or Ubers will be the best options!

What do I wear?

Answer

Dress Code - Formal or Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown, midi (mid calf/ankle) length dress, or formal cocktail dress.

Vegetarian Options?

Answer

Please respond to questions listed in your RSVP if you wish to choose a separate plated vegetarian meal versus the buffet. We will then contact you separately. The buffet does include a vegetarian entree of roasted butternut squash ravioli, multiple salads, a starch, and pretzel rolls.

Do I get a Plus One?

Answer

This will be apparent once you go to the RSVP page - you will see your name and your plus one’s name (or “Guest” if we do not know their name) listed when you respond with your attendance to each event.
