There is an RSVP tab above in the directory, as well as the home page, where you can RSVP, pick your meal choice, and even request a song! Please RSVP by July 25th 2026
If you do not RSVP by July 25th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, but must provide an exact guest count to our vendors for food, seating, etc, and cannot accept late RSVPs.
If you have received a plus one, they will be addressed on the envelope of your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through our website.
We will miss celebrating with you! Please RSVP "No" on our website as soon as you are aware so we can plan accordingly. If you initially RSVP'd "Yes" but can no longer attend, please reach out to Ben or Haley as soon as you can.
We have decided to have both our ceremony and reception be an adults only event. We thank you so much for understanding, and hope you are able to enjoy a fun night off with us!
Suggested attire is cocktail. The ceremony will be outside, and the weather will be warm. Knee length to midi length dresses or dress shirt and slacks recommended. We would advise against long sleeved dresses and heavy fabrics for your comfort. Please no casual attire.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Hilton of Charlotte University Place. The ceremony will take place outside at the rear of the building. Please enter though the main doors, cross through the lobby, and take the escalator down to the lower floor to reach the ceremony location. Both the cocktail hour and reception will take place inside of the hotel, on the lower floor.
Our ceremony will begin at 4pm. We suggest arriving between 3:30 and 3:45pm to allow time to mingle, grab a drink, and find a seat!
Yes, our wedding will include an open bar, and there will be a champagne toast as well!
Yes, the hotel does have a parking lot that guests of the wedding may make use of.
Yes! Following the rehearsal dinner we invite all who'd like to join us. We will be at the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium. Please see the "Schedule" tab for the address.
