What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30pm to enjoy sparkling wine while you find your seats. Ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We request a formal attire (tux, gown, suit, cocktail dress, jumpsuit, etc.)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 12, 2025. If we do not hear from you we will assume you will not be attending.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, if not stated on your invitation you cannot bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but this is an adult only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a room block at the Hampton Inn. This hotel is directly across the street from the venue. There are several hotels walking distance in downtown Portsmouth and many airbnbs in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation needed! The venue and hotel are located on the same street!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are staying at one of the hotels they have parking availability. There are several parking garages that are just a short walk in downtown Portsmouth.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you live locally or are arriving to Portsmouth the Friday before the wedding, you can meet us for an after dinner drink. This is optional, but the more the merrier. We will be downstairs at the Water View Grill from 8:00pm-9:30pm.
