Please arrive to the ceremony site (Hidden Meadow & Barn) no later than 3:45pm so we can begin promptly at 4pm!
Garden Party Formal. We will be outside in October in Wisconsin. Grass-worthy shoes are encouraged. Blankets will be available for the ceremony if it is chilly.
Save for our ring bearer and flower girl (bride's niece & nephew), we are not allowing kids at our wedding. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We really hope parents will still come and enjoy themselves!
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. If you drive to the ceremony/reception site on Friday, you may park your vehicle there and leave it overnight. The venue asks that you kindly come back Saturday morning to retrieve your vehicle no later than 9am.
We will have a bus available to bring you and your party to and from the venue. The first pickup is 3pm, with the last bus leaving the venue at 12am. The bus route will loop from Pepin Motel to the venue and back. If you choose to stay in another hotel or Airbnb/VRBO, please contact Kim Tricas (651-248-8964) by September 1st to establish your preferred pickup and drop-off location.
