Question

How will I get to the hotel once I land?

Answer

If you are landing in Costa Rica on Friday November 1, 2024 have no fear you will be traveling in good company. A majority of you will know each other already and a few of you will be meeting for the first time. We are providing transportation for our wedding guest from the airport to the resort. So just look for the driver with a sign for John/Vega Wedding and board the bus. We'll see you when you get to the resort.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

There is no strict dress code for the wedding. We just want you all to be cute and comfortable. The ceremony is on the beach and the reception is in the beach garden. Remember Costa Rica is still a tropical country so it will still be warm.

I didn't get the memo on what we're doing. Is there anything special I should know?

Answer

Yes! Here's a quick run down of what to expect: Friday Evening- Welcome Event @ 7pm- Spa Garden Please wear denim and/or white The welcome will be followed by a rehearsal dinner in the beach garden. All are invited!!! Saturday Vega Day!!! Please gather about 4:45pm near the entrance to the ceremonial area at the beach. The wedding will begin PROMPTLY at 5PM. The reception will immediately follow the ceremony. You can start dancing and eating as soon as you walk over. Sunday The outing! If you previously stated you would attend then here's your info. Private Wildlife River Safari The cost is $85 pp The bus will pick us up at 8am. The guide recommends you bringing: water, sunblock, mosquito repellent, camera and a picture of your passport on your phone. If you don't do the outing the resort has several amenities and activities. Take full advantage of it all. This is of course all inclusive.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We don't have much of a registry. But if you would like to give us a gift, contributions to our future will be greatly appreciated and accepted.

Is the hotel all-inclusive?

Answer

YES! From the moment you step on to the resort until the very last minute before you depart, every meal and every drink is included. You can indulge to your heart's desire. Even some activities are included. So have fun and enjoy your time away from NYC!
