Please RSVP by July 1st, 2025. We need a final guest count for our caterers and seating chart, so your response is super important! If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. 💔 You can RSVP directly on our website—thank you for helping us plan a smooth and joyful celebration!
Our wedding will be held at Whispering Oaks Ranch, nestled in the mountains about an hour outside of Moab. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and... a bit off the grid—literally! There is no cell service at the venue, so please plan accordingly and download directions ahead of time.
Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM. Because the venue is about an hour from Moab, we recommend leaving no later than 4:00 PM to allow time for the drive, parking, and getting seated. Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM at the latest. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony once it begins—we want to make sure the moment stays peaceful and uninterrupted for everyone. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the ceremony special! 💛
Yes—but parking is very limited. We strongly encourage guests to carpool with others who are also attending, if possible. If you plan to drive your own vehicle, please let us know when you RSVP so we can organize parking in advance.
The dress code is semi-formal—we want everyone looking their best! Think dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, and slacks. Absolutely no jeans, and absolutely NO white! (That's reserved for the bride 😘) Our theme is wildflower-inspired, so feel free to play with floral prints or soft, nature-inspired colors! 🌼🌸 The ceremony will take place in the grass, and the reception will be under a covered pavilion, so we recommend shoes that are comfortable and terrain-friendly—flats, wedges, or block heels are ideal.
Due to seating arrangements and catering counts, plus-ones are only allowed if explicitly named on your invitation. We love your people, but we’re working with a carefully planned guest list!
We love your little ones so much—but we kindly ask that you arrange a babysitter if possible so you can relax and celebrate with us! If childcare isn’t an option, please reach out and let us know—we totally understand and want to work with you.
Yes! However, alcohol will only be served to guests staying overnight or having a designated ride home. The venue is remote and there is no cell service, so safety is our top priority.
Most of the on-site cabins are currently booked. However, we do have one cabin still available that we had originally reserved for ourselves. If you’re in need of lodging and would like to rent that last cabin, please reach out to us directly—we’re happy to make it work if it helps someone avoid the drive! Otherwise, we recommend checking for nearby accommodations in Moab or Castle Valley. If you need help finding something, just let us know!
We’ll be serving a delicious BBQ-style dinner with turkey, brisket, white cheddar mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, salad, and cornbread with cinnamon butter. 🤤 If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you. We want everyone to feel included and well-fed!
We're not doing a traditional registry—we have everything we need already. Instead, we've created a honeymoon fund to help us celebrate our first adventure as newlyweds! You can find the link on our Zola registry page.
