If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope you understand.
While we would love to see your kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions are the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). We hope you can understand & can enjoy a fun date night!
They will both be held at Ashton Hill Farm. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be OUTSIDE, reception will be INSIDE.
YES, but there will be shuttles going to and from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Marion, since your car can NOT stay over night! The parking lot accommodates 50 cars with overflow parking on the street.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semiformal: suit and tie with a crisp shirt and dress pants is a no-fail choice. You can also wear a short formal dress with jewelry. Please refrain from wearing white and please no jeans!
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during our ceremony. We’ve hired professional photographers to capture every moment, and we want you to be fully present with us. Don’t worry—you’ll have plenty of time to take photos and videos during cocktail hour and the reception!
The closest airport is The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) in Cedar Rapids, which is just a short drive from our venue. For those who don’t mind a bit of a drive, Des Moines International Airport (DSM) is another option, about two hours away.
