We're getting married!

We both grew up attending Grace Bible Church with our families and first came to know each other from seeing one another on Sundays. For five years, we noticed each other at church and saw God at work in our hearts, even before we were ready to begin a relationship. During that time, we were each involved in different areas of the church and were prayerfully seeking the Lord, trusting Him to bring the right person into our lives in His perfect timing. By God’s grace, we eventually began going on group day trips that included off-roading and train rides. Camping trips with Evan’s family also became a special time for us to truly get to know one another. (There were tears shed on Victoria’s part over the fish we caught and a perilous hiking trail you’ll have to ask us about later!) Through these shared experiences, our friendship continued to grow. After about a year, we had our first date on September 27, 2025. Just one week into dating, we were already talking about engagement and a future together, if it was the Lord’s will. Three months later, on December 24, Evan asked Victoria to marry him—and she (obviously) said yes! By God’s grace, we are grateful for the way the Lord guided our lives over those years and opened our eyes to see the person He had prepared for us. “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate” (Mark 10:9).
