Our venue has a pretty specific guest count limit, so with that in mind, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you’ve received a +one, you’ll see their name when you RSVP. We hope you understand and know how grateful we are to have you as part of this day. Thanks for rolling with us. Is there a hotel block for guests?
Answer
Yes! (Kelli’s long-winded version; skip to the end if you don’t have the patience): Our venue has rooms right on the property and we’d love to have you close by! Here’s what you need to know: The hotel is currently closed to the public for our wedding night, meaning, you can’t book online, you have to call the hotel directly to reserve your room. Once it opens to the public on August 17th, online booking becomes available, so don’t wait (our “discount” applies either way, regardless of when you book)! To book, call 951-694-9070, press option 1 to speak with the event staff. Mention the Bruce / Rivers Wedding and they’ll take care of you (yes, calling a hotel like it's 2003 is annoying. We know. We're sorry.)! An additional important note: If you want to stay any additional nights, tell the staff when you call and they will keep a list. The day before our block opens to the public, the hotel will reach out to everyone on that list to confirm the additional night(s) is desired (discount applies to any / all night(s) booked). The short, Matt version: call to book, mention our names, and tell them if you want to stay longer. That's it!
