There will be parking at the venue itself, any other events such as the after party and any group activities you would like to do should be coordinated. Carpooling is a great way to spend more time together and it is easier to find parking the fewer cars there are!

Something you would wear to church or a nice evening out. For men think slacks and a jacket, for women also slacks and a blouse or a dress with sensible heels or flats. Be comfortable first of all, but dressier than your everyday wear.
