We would hate for anyone to miss the ceremony, so please account for Friday traffic when planning your trip to the venue and plan to arrive between 4:45pm - 5:15pm. Anyone that arrives after 5:15 will be asked to wait outside the ceremony site until the ceremony is finished.

Yes, we have a hotel room block at one local hotel, The Hampton Inn & Suites (Laguna Blvd). See the Transportation & Overnight Accommodations Tab for more details. There are plenty of Airbnb & VRBOs in the area as well and we have a list of recommended hotels in the area.
The wedding is fully outdoor (weather permitting). The ceremony will be in a beautiful grass setting between vineyards with direct sunlight, the cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor options and the reception will be outdoor, underneath a tent.
Yes, the venue can accommodate parking for all of our guests. There is a front parking lot (directly upon entry at the venue) and a back parking lot that can be used as well.
Yes, fortunately Uber and Lyft are accessible for both drop off and pick up from the wedding venue. If you are planning to drink, please stay safe and get a ride or arrange for a DD. We want all of our family & friends to make it home safely.
If necessary, you do have the option to leave your car overnight at the venue, but it must be picked up by 9am the next morning.
Yes, the entire venue (including the restrooms) are wheelchair accessible.
Our unlimited beverage package will allow guests to enjoy water, soda, diet soda, 6 different wines (3 reds and 3 whites) and 4 different beers/seltzers. For those who plan to consume alcohol, please make sure that you have a valid ID to present at the bar.
Yes! We can't wait to see all of the pictures that our guests take. We will have a photo sharing drive and the QR code will be on a card on each of our guests' seat. No, hard alcohol is prohibited at our venue. If any hard alcohol is found or is being consumed on the premises during the event, then the venue will have the option to close down the event. The only alcohol allowed at our venue is wine & beer, which will be served at the bar.
No, smoking is prohibited on the venue grounds.
We are only able to accommodate the guests that were sent a formal wedding invitation. Any guests who were not listed on the invitation, unfortunately are unable to be accommodated. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
We request that our guests wear cocktail attire. It does tend to get a little windy during the evening at our venue, so please make sure to bring a coat or wrap in case it gets a little chilly.
