We're Getting Married!

Hector and Nina met at a salsa dance event in January of 2019. After seeing each other a few times socially, Hector finally got the guts to ask Nina out on a date and Nina responded with “uh...okay :)”. Their first date began at the Friendly’s in Deptford (Nina’s favorite restaurant). This is also the location of their third date where they became official (a week later).

Video-chatting every night when we lived two hours away from each other. Attending a Marc Anthony concert and seeing Gabriel Iglesias live. Social dancing around South Jersey and Philly. Long drives to and from Alabama. Celebrating New Years 2020 at Niagara Falls and New Years 2022 in the Bahamas. Binge-watching Parks and Recreation in a week. Living in Tahiti for a month in the Summer of 2021.

Hector proposed to Nina at the same place where they had their first date, Friendly’s in Deptford. A big speech was made and an even bigger question was asked, both by Hector. Nina said “yes”, they called their families, and celebrated with grilled cheese :). We can't wait to celebrate with you at our wedding ceremony and reception in July!
