Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, using the RSVP tab on the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we assume you cannot attend.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Our ceremony will be outside (if the weather allows it!) Feel free to dress business casual and comfy enough to dance after we eat! Please avoid shades of white!

Where do I park?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is free on-site grass parking. Then for the reception, there is a parking lot for everyone to use!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Guests are advised to arrive 15-30 minutes early before the ceremony! If you arrive after the processional, please wait until the processional is over and guests are seated for the ceremony!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Since we have guests coming in from many different towns, cities, and even states we have three registries! We have one at Target, Walmart, and Amazon!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We won’t have a full open bar, but we will be serving a couple of signature drinks we’ve specially picked for the evening! A cash bar will be available for any additional alcoholic beverages. Please note: per Smoking Gun Lodge’s rules, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Thank you for understanding! We’ll also have free pop, lemonade, water, and tea available throughout the night to keep everyone refreshed and hydrated!

Will there be music for all ages at the reception?

Answer

Music will be family-friendly from 7ish PM-10 PM, but after 10 PM the dance floor will take on an adult atmosphere. Feel free to stay and party, or head out whenever you're ready!
