Hi, I’m Kailee! I’m the bride’s cousin, built-in best friend, and now her Maid of Honor. From our backyard Hannah Montana concerts to late-night talks about life, I’ve had the honor of growing up right beside Sammi. She has always been more like a sister than a cousin, and watching her grow into the woman she is today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I’ve loved every moment of seeing her find the kind of love she deserves with Zac, from the butterflies of the beginning to saying “yes” to forever. Being by her side through wedding planning and now on her wedding day is something I’ll cherish forever. My greatest duty as Maid of Honor isn’t just keeping the dance floor alive or making sure she eats cake, it’s standing beside her in this new chapter, just as I have through every chapter before. You were only 11 when I met you but quickly became the little sister I always wanted. Sammi has always been one I go to for everything, whether that’s needing a shoulder to cry on or laughing together and blasting music on drives. Although Sammi is my cousin, she’s always been like a sister to me no matter what. Going from talking about her wedding on drives to watching it all happen has been the best thing ever.
