We met at PPG when I joined the Refinish group in April 2019. Madison and I quickly became friends while geeking out over chemistry and games. After months of working together and taking coffee breaks at Bean Thru, Madison decided to move to California for a new role in October. It was this separation that made the heart grow fonder and we both realized how much happiness we brought into each other's lives. When she came back to Pittsburgh for a work trip, only a few weeks after she had moved, we met for lunch. It was there that I first alluded to the fact that I couldn't live without her. It still took a few months before we decided to seal the deal, but by April of 2020 we were officially a couple. We spent the next two (ish) years having fun cooking, gaming and adventuring until I asked her to marry me in March 2022. -Alex
