Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time of 5:30pm. There will be drinks available in the air conditioning for you to enjoy while waiting.
Your invitation will indicate if you are alotted a guest. Otherwise, only those guest specifically named on the invite will be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love kids, only thoses listed on the invitation will be accomodated. Thank you for making arrangements.
You can visit the travel tab at the top of the page to view recommended hotels. The Garden District and River Oaks neighborhoods both have great rentals and are close to the venue. West Monroe has many great hotels near the Ike Hamilton Exposition Center that are easily accessible from the interstate.
Yes, there is plenty of concrete parking at the venue for your convenience.
5:30PM - Ceremony 6:00PM - Cocktail Hour 6:45PM - Reception
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with the ceremony taking place on the courtyard side and the cocktail hour on the bayou side. The reception will be indoors in the main hall.
If it is raining the day of the wedding, the ceremony will be moved to Forsythe Church of Christ less than 5 minutes down the road from Bayou Desiard Country Club. The cocktail hour will still be at Bayou Desiard Country Club but inside the courtyard room.
