Beach Retreat & Lodge at Tahoe

A block of Hotel Rooms have been reserved for our group at a discounted rate, to book please follow the instructions below:   Please call 800.972.8558, select option 2 (Group Reservations).  The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Please advise the group reservationist that you are calling in to make a reservation for the Herrick – Conlan Wedding group.   The Group Code is (GWEDHC). Group rates are as follows:   $109.00 for Standard Double Rooms $99.00 for Standard King Rooms   Rates are nightly and exclude a 12% occupancy tax, $3 local TID tax, $19.04 Resort Fee. Taxes and fees are subject to change.        Partial Lake View rooms are based on availability for an additional $20.00 plus taxes and fees per night.   Beach Front rooms are based on availability and are an additional $40.00 plus taxes and fees per night.

Flight

Reno- Tahoe International Airport (RNO)

59 miles or 1 hour and 10 minute drive Reno Airport offers shuttle services from the Airport to the Casinos in South Lake Tahoe, and from there you can get a ride, a Taxi, or an Uber to the venue that is just a few miles down the road. Shuttles are around $30 dollars per person each way and they run about every hour. Both airports rental car services. If you rent a car YOU MUST GET AN AWD OR 4X4 in order to travel on the roads during the winter if it snows. If not, then you will have to buy chains and put them on. (Cost approx. $60-100.) Closer to the wedding you can check the weather and road conditions.

Sacramento International Airport (SMF)

115 miles or 2 hours 6 mins From experience Sacramento is further but has more flights in and out per day, because of that you may be able to find cheaper and more flexible/ convenient flights.
