The dress code for this event is formal. We do encourage cowboy boots however, as we embrace the western, rustic venue theme. The majority of the day’s activities will be held indoors, but we ask guests to dress for the weather as we will have an outdoor ceremony. Should there be rain, we have arrangements for an indoor ceremony.
Parking is included with the venue. All parking is free. Parking is on a first come first serve basis. There will be handicap parking available.
This is an "unplugged" event. Our ceremony and reception are being photographed by professional photographers. Let them do the work, while you have the fun! We ask that guests do not use cell phones for any video recordings or photos for the duration of this event. You may be asked to put away your device.
We ask that the invitations are considered as you plan for this event... Due to limited seating and bride and groom preference, only guests specifically listed on the invites are expected to attend this event.
We will have a coffee cart on site serving unlimited hot beverages, limited iced beverages, coolers with a variety of water, pop, and diet sodas. The main food source will be a 360 degree charcuterie buffet filled with breads, spreads, seasonal fruits & vegetables, and several meat & cheese selections. Of course, we will also have dessert- donuts from our local Sweetwaters Donut Mill accompanied by homemade pie selections from our favorite amish bakery, Das Essenhaus. There will be gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options.
There will be NO alcohol on premise. We do not have an alcohol license. You may not bring your own beverages.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm, as listed on the invitation. We do however invite guests to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy appetizers and visit before being seated.
For the ceremony, the first three rows will be reserved for family members, however the rows remaining are on a first come fist serve basis, with no side preference. For the reception, you will find a seating chart placed outside of the barn doors. We encourage guests to peek at the chart upon arrival.
