We went on our first date here. They have the best Moscow Mules and Chicken N' Waffles.

Marina Variety Store Restaurant

A hidden local gem and our favorite breakfast spot in Charleston. Classic diner food with an amazing waterfront view.

R. Kitchen

A unique dining experience. A chef will prepare a 5 course meal in front of you with a new daily menu. Reservations required, and would recommend making very far in advance. They also have a West Ashley location.

Sullivan's Island Beach

A great local beach to visit. Some of our favorite restaurants on Sullivan's Island are The Obstinate Daughter and Home Team BBQ.

Folly Beach

We would take weekly walks along this beach. You can visit the Morris Island lighthouse and most likely see some dolphins. Some of our favorite restaurants on Folly Beach are Jack of Cups and Taco Boy. Check out the Drop-In, Surf Bar, and Snapper Jacks to grab a drink.

Theatre 99

One of our favorite downtown activities to do, is to watch an Improv show at Theatre 99. These guys are amazing and hilarious!

Rainbow Road

Firefly Distillery

Firefly was born in the Charleston area. A couple of years ago they opened a brand new distillery.

Deep Water Vineyard

A true low-country experience to sample some muscadine wine. The drive out to the vineyard is beautiful, and you can stop at Fat Hen or Tatooed Moose for lunch.
