Kate and Joe met and began dating in 2020, because of the world being shut down, had a lot of time to get to know each other quickly and honestly.  Falling in love came naturally.  They have since merged Joe's dogs, Alice and Trixie, and Kate's cats, Beau, Bunnie, and Bug, into one family when they purchased their house in Fort Mill, SC.
