For the gents: Any black, navy, or grey colored suit with dress shoes will do! Ties not required.

Question

Will transportation be provided? Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a mandatory roundtrip bus with a bathroom and AC for guests to and from the venue. Pick up and drop off location will be at the Kimpton Hotel Arras and will stop at the Renaissance Hotel as well. Pick up is at 3:30PM. For those who are interested in leaving the reception a little early, an early bird shuttle will be able to take you back into downtown Asheville sooner at 8PM. Our venue only allows grandparents to drive to the venue. All others must take the bus.

Answer

We have a room block available for guests at the Kimpton Hotel Arras in Downtown Asheville ($275/night) as well as a cheaper option 10 min walk at the Renaissance Marriott ($199/night). Links for booking on Travel page. Staying anywhere in or near Downtown Asheville would be ideal.
