Question

COVID-19

Answer

As we are all aware of the ongoing situation of COVID-19, we have decided to still continue with wedding plans. Our venue is located on private property and we will not be requiring guests to wear masks but fully support your decision to wear one if you choose to. Our venue has required us to make the difficult decision to significantly reduce our guest list and will be increasing their cleaning and sanitizing efforts to help keep our guests safe. Our guest's health is very important to us, and if you do not feel comfortable with attending the wedding, we absolutely understand.

Question

Recommended Attire

Answer

Semi-formal.

Question

Can I take pictures of the wedding?

Answer

There will be no phones or cameras allowed during the ceremony to give our professional photographer and videographer full control of capturing our day. We will be happy to share the photos and video of the ceremony when it is available. For the rest of the night please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 4:45pm to find your seats. The ceremony begins at 5:00pm.

Question

Can children attend the wedding?

Answer

While we would love to have children at the wedding, this will be an adults (18+) only party.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are held in the same location. You will continue to the left side of the building where there is full parking available.

Question

Flying from out of state?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, the restrictions for the updated ID cards has been postponed until October 2021. This means you will be able to fly from out of state using an ID that does not have the yellow star in the right hand corner. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in the event that we need to cancel our wedding last minute due to COVID 19.

Question

Venue policy on smoking

Answer

The museum’s policy does not allow any smoking on the grounds. Please plan accordingly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is by September 30th 2020

Question

I have another question, who should I ask?

Answer

Any time before the wedding, feel free to email Jenna at jennagutowski1@gmail.com.
