How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Please RSVP through our wedding website by clicking the RSVP tab. We ask that you submit your RSVP by August 3, 2022.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are taking place at Mohican Gardens & Conservatory in Loudonville, OH. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), while the reception will be indoors at the greenhouse.

What's the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at the Hampton Inn Wooster. For more information, please see the "Travel" tab.

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service is provided from the Hampton Inn Wooster to and from our venue. This is also where we have reserved a block of rooms. If you have made arrangements to stay elsewhere, you will need to find your own transportation to the venue. Check our travel page for more details and accommodations information!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation or on your online RSVP. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If it is close to the wedding date, please reach out to Josie or Nathan directly!

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on September 3. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to find a seat and start mingling.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will be taking pictures with family and the wedding party for about an hour. Guests will be directed to the area near the reception for cocktail hour where they will be serving appetizers and beverages. The reception will follow at 6pm.
