Is there a dress code?

Answer

This will be a semi-formal event with a "garden party" theme. Show up in some fun spring colors or whatever semi-formal attire makes you comfortable! Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend coming to the Westgate Sportsman's Club (4909 Sportsman Dr, Eau Claire, WI 54703) about 30 minutes early. There will be plenty of parking, but this will give you time to find your spot and get comfortable!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have hotel rooms blocked at two hotels: 1. Best Western Eau Claire Conference Center (3340 Mondovi Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54701) at 715-838-9989 2. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eau Claire West (2703 Craig Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54601) at 715-839-7852.

What if I miss the hotel block?

Try calling the hotel with the room block anyway, and mention our wedding. They may be able to accommodate you. But if they can't, there are plenty of other hotels in the Eau Claire area!
