How do I RSVP?

Answer

Select "RSVP" from the dropdown menu above. On the RSVP page, enter the first and last name of any member of your party and submit the form. The names of everyone included in your party will then appear, allowing you to RSVP for each guest at the same time!

How far is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Wedding Pointe, and the reception will follow at the Ballroom. The two locations are very close to one another — about a 1-minute drive within the resort. While it may look walkable on a map, we recommend driving, as there are no sidewalks connecting the venues. Thankfully, there is plenty of parking available at both locations!

Yes! Parking is available throughout the resort near the villas and event spaces.

Where should we stop for groceries or essentials?

Answer

There is a camp store on site with basic groceries and snacks, but Lake Raystown Resort is fairly secluded, so we highly recommend grabbing groceries, drinks, snacks, or any essentials before settling in for the weekend. Nearby options include grocery stores and convenience stores in Huntingdon, which is about 20–25 minutes from the resort. If you’re staying all weekend, planning ahead will definitely make your stay easier!

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

The closest major airports to Lake Raystown Resort are Harrisburg International Airport (about 2 hours away) and Pittsburgh International Airport (about 2.5–3 hours away). Rental cars are strongly recommended, as the resort is in a secluded area and there is limited access to rideshares or public transportation nearby.

Are there any closer regional airports?

Answer

Yes! The closest regional airport is Altoona–Blair County Airport, which is about 45 minutes–1 hour from the resort. Another nearby option is University Park Airport, located about 1.5 hours away. These airports may offer more limited flight options, but they can be convenient for guests traveling from nearby regions.
