What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony between 4:30-4:50PM. Please be aware of your ETA and timing as there is the St Patrick's Day Parade in Downtown Tampa the same day, which means there will be street closures.

Which streets are closed from the Downtown Tampa St Patrick's Day Parade?

Answer

The parade route shows it will be taking place on the following streets in Downtown Tampa: N Boulevard Cass St N. Ashley Dr E. Madison St N. Pierce St Please route yourself accordingly

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate the names indicated on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you're able to enjoy a fun night out with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that no phones or cameras are out during our ceremony. We want all of our guests to be present in the moment with us while we say, "I do". However, feel free to take as many pictures/videos as you would like the night before, and after the ceremony is complete.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Westin Shuttle: Arrives at 3:45, departs at 4PM. The shuttle will bring guests back to The Westin at 11PM after the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While we encourage all of our guests to either participate in the Shuttle from the Westin or Uber, we are offering valet at 4:45PM in front of the front of the venue. Please ensure you mention it is for The Rattner-Basford Wedding.
