FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask guests to kindly respond by October 20th, 2025.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You will be able to RSVP once invitations are sent out. To do so, please click the "RSVP" tab at the top of our website. We can't wait to hear from you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are formally listed on your invitation, we respectfully ask you to make other arrangements for them. Enjoy the night off and get ready to party!

Question

What is the order of events?

Answer

We invite everyone to celebrate with us at a Welcome Party on Friday night starting at 6:30PM. On Saturday the ceremony will begin at 6:00PM, followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing. We invite our friends to keep the party going after 11:30PM and venture out on the town. For more information on events please click on the "Schedule" tab on our wedding website.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The venue doors will open 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Christmastime is busy in Saint Augustine so make sure to plan time for traffic and parking.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is Black Tie! For men, this means you can wear a tux or dark colored, formal suit. For women, a formal, floor length gown. Our military friends are more than welcome to wear their formal dress uniforms! Please no jeans, sneakers and of course no wearing white.

Question

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Florida is very unpredictable! Let's pray for perfect weather. The welcome party, wedding ceremony and reception will be inside!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us and promise to share them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
