How far is the venue from the airport?

Answer

The airport is approximately 13 miles from the venue which equals to about 17 minutes.

What is there to do in the area?

Answer

Our venue is located right outside of downtown, which has lots of dining and shopping options. If you don’t mind driving, take a look at our “Incase you get bored” tab. There are things listed there!

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

No alcohol will be served at our wedding. We kindly ask that you do not bring any into the venue.

Where do I park?

The Biltwell has on site parking.

What sitting safety precautions are you taking with Covid-19?

Answer

We are implementing social distancing. Guest will sit at tables with their households and/ or family. In the event there are solo guests we will make sure there is ample space between the individuals to keep a safe distance.

Are masks mandatory?

Answer

Yes. Indiana state law requires all patrons to wear a mask in public areas. We are okay with you removing the mask for dinner, of course, and to smile for pictures!

What other safety measurements will be taken for guest?

Answer

There will be comfort bands placed at the door for all guest to wear. This will signal your level of social comfortability to everyone. Red indicates you are keeping your distance. Yellow means you are okay with talking but prefer not to be touched. Green means that you are okay with high fives and hugs!

Any other precautions being taken due to COVID?

Answer

Yes, temperature checks will be conducted at the door to make sure you do not have a fever. As well as sanitizing hand stations.

Please RSVP by October 1st.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding is semi formal. We want you to be comfortable and we love a casual event, but please no jeans and sneakers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm sharp. Please arrive by 4:30.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children- we really do, but take a night off and enjoy some adult time.
